1. Membership and Subscription

• Membership is available through a monthly subscription.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial months or unused time.

• If your payment method defaults three (3) times, your membership will be terminated, and your access to all community resources will be revoked.

• Let’s Teach Mahjong reserves the right to deny or terminate membership at its sole discretion.

2. Community Conduct

Members are expected to engage respectfully with others. Harassment, spam, or any disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
Members may not use the community for any illegal, defamatory, or commercial purposes unrelated to Let’s Teach Mahjong.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, guides, documents, and discussions shared within Let’s Teach Mahjong (“Content”) are the exclusive property of Let’s Teach Mahjong and its instructors.

By joining, you agree:

• Not to share, copy, reproduce, record, distribute, or make public any Content outside the community for purposes other than teaching.

• Not to use the Content for commercial or selling purposes without written permission.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal without refund and may lead to legal action.

4. Payment and Billing

• By subscribing, you authorize Let’s Teach Mahjong to charge your payment method each billing cycle.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is current and accurate.

• If your payment fails, you will be notified to update your information. After three (3) failed attempts, your account will be removed as described in Section 1.

5. No Guarantees

Participation in Let’s Teach Mahjong does not guarantee any specific learning outcome, skill level, or performance improvement. Results depend on each participant’s effort and engagement.

6. Termination

Let’s Teach Mahjong reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any behavior deemed harmful to the community. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as your name, email, and payment details) will be used solely for providing the Services and communicating with you. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let’s Teach Mahjong and its instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the community or use of its Content.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York/ New Jersey / Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in NY, NJ, CT

10. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, members will be notified via email or community announcement. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
